Install, set up and use the QuickBooks Pro timer

It is a separate program that runs independently of QB for windows and is installed separately. Quickbooks Pro timer or by entering the time worked without running QB. And the On computers on which QB is not installed, i.e. , Computer used by owners, partners, employees, or subcontractors.
You can expert the time data from the Pro Timer and Import it into QB Pro support for invoicing and payroll activities. QuickBooks Pro timer for windows products and is not compatible with QuickBooks for MAC.
Using the QuickBooks Pro timer files four extensions:-

1:- QuickBooks Pro Timer working file. By default, it is found in the QBTIMER     directory. *.TDB
2:- QuickBooks Pro Timer backup file.*.BDB
3:- Access file needed for the *.TDB file.
4:- The QuickBooks Pro Timer and time data back to QuickBooks.*.IIF

Install and set up the QuickBooks Pro Timer:-

Download and install the Pro Timer

1:- First you Download the QuickBooks Pro Timer install files.
2:- The zip file to your desktop.
3:- In the installation folder, click setup.exe.
4:- QuickBooks Pro Timer and create a shortcut for your desktop.

Copy the installation to other computers

The Pro Timer does not require additional licensing. QuickBooks Pro may copy the contents of the Pro Timer folder to other computers over a network, or with a USB Flash Drive.

Turn on time tracking in QuickBooks

1:- First you Log in to your QuickBooks company data file as the administrator.
2:- select Preferences, From the Edit menu
3:- choose Time & Expenses then go to the Company Preferences tab.
4:- click the Yes radio button.
5:- And last you Click the OK button.
